Dr. Robyn Metcalfe

Dr. Robyn Metcalfe is a food historian based at the University of Texas at Austin. She specializes in the evolution of global food systems. In her book, Food Routes, Robyn explores how food moves from the farm to our tables and how food is processed, packaged, and stored.  Robyn lived for many years in Lincolnville, where she established Kelmscott Farm in 1994. There, she conserved heritage breeds of livestock and raised organic crops.
