As coordinator of the Hatchery Innovation Center at CHRHS, Elaine Harvey oversees programs that promote creative thinking, inventiveness, collaboration, self-confidence, and work-readiness. Activities include internships that help students gain confidence, real-world experience, and academic credit by working within local businesses and organizations..
